If so, you may be eligible for Non-Medical In-home Personal Care? This program is designed to help the elderly and disabled population by providing a trained and compassionate caregiver who will help assist you with activities of daily living, all in the comfort of your own home. As a recipient, you are able to hire your own personal caregiver or select one of our caregivers. Your caregiver may be a friend, family member, neighbor, or anyone you feel you can trust to provide you with the assistance you may need. The goal is to provide you with the highest quality of in-home care available.

  • Environmental Modifications:
Environmental Modifications also knows as E-Mods are internal and external physical adaptations or alterations to a home which are necessary to ensure the health, welfare and safety of a member. These modifications allow the member to function with greater independence and allow the member to continue living in the comfort of their home.
    Respite Care:
Respite care is the provision of short-term, temporary relief to those who are caring for family member who might otherwise require permanent placement in a facility outside the members’ home. Even though many families take great joy in providing care to their loved ones so that they can remain in the comfort of their own home, the physical, emotional and financial burden for the family caregiver or personal care attendant can become overwhelming without some type of support service, such as respite care.
