Electronic Time Reporting Test

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is federally mandated for all Personal Care Services and Home Health Services.

Clinical employees must check in and out using AuthentiCare® or MEDsys for every visit per the member’s Individualized Plan of Care/Care Plan (IPoC) schedule.

EVV is a legally binding mechanism used to verify hours worked and services have been delivered as allocated in the member’s IPoC schedule.
